These Carl Zeiss 12×60 binoculars from World War II were high-quality optical instruments primarily used by German forces, particularly in anti-aircraft (Flak) artillery and naval operations.

These binoculars were designed for long-range observation and targeting, offering excellent magnification and clarity. 12x magnification provides a powerful zoom for detailed viewing of distant objects, 60mm objective lenses allow for high light-gathering capability, making them effective in low-light conditions.

45 degree oculars and rubber eyepieces for comfort during extended use

Produced by Carl Zeiss Jena, a world-renowned German optics manufacturer. High-precision glass with coated lenses to reduce glare and improve contrast. Wide field of view for effective tracking of moving targets. Built with a durable metal body, often painted in dark grey or black, this set has gone through full refurbishment and brought up to a high polish.

Sculpturally impressive heavy-duty design, mounted on vintage Swiss tripod. .

These binoculars were considered some of the finest military optics of their time and remain highly collectible today. Many surviving examples are still functional, showcasing the durability and craftsmanship of Carl Zeiss engineering.
