1950s Copper Cargo Pendant Light – Small

An iconic marine ships cargo light

First appearing on British built steam ships in the late 19th century, and the design remained unchanged until everything changed over to aluminium in the 1960s.

Ships that had these onboard have disappeared, we have been extremely fortunate to purchase a parcel of these last remaining originals from our ship breakers.

Superb pendant lights, perfect for retail and home decor, they outshine high street copies with their authenticity unbeatable quality.

Grab them while you can, as we don’t know if we’ll ever get these originals again.

The iron bracket has been added afterwards, so that it can be used as a pendant , onboard it was mounted on a wall bracket.

Takes a standard E27 screw in bulb.
