A stunning sculpturally striking table made from an iconic symbol of Royal Navy warfare.

Tigerfish was a whale-nosed, cylindrical, 21in weapon featuring four rectangular fins faired into the aft body. It was propelled by an electric motor that spun two contra-rotating six-bladed propellers.

The weapon was roll-stabilised, assisted by retractable stubwing ailerons, and steered by hydraulic tail-mounted cruciform control surfaces.

On paper it was highly capable, incorporating wire-guidance with an active and passive seeking acoustic homer. It had a range of 23,000yds at 35kts, which could be extended if run slower at about 24/25kts, such as in its wire-guided phase.
